Objectives of TBI
- To promote innovation, entrepreneurship culture and ecosystem in smart agriculture, healthcare and allied sectors in rural areas in and around of Vijayawada.
- To leverage multidisciplinary research and innovation resulting in development of products, technology and patents.
- To nurture entrepreneurship skills of students, faculty and people of the villages in the region.
- To inculcate new venture creation based on innovative technology to promote technology based enterprises in agro sector, healthcare and allied areas.
- To provide infrastructure resources to incubate startups and seed funding for feasible ideas/products in agro sector, healthcare and allied areas.
- To provide a platform for networking of mentors to share the best practices, mentoring and business planning support through Innovative Products for budding entrepreneurs to startups.
- To facilitate value added services viz, market survey, product marketing, patenting, legal services and to arrange funding from external agencies, angel investors and venture capitalists.
- To provide a platform for speedy Commercialization of technology based product developed in the TBI.
