Students Associations
Department of Information Technology created student clubs to help students in pursuing their interests and hobbies; and bringing the student community together. As a club member one knows about the goals, interests of each other. Clubs help students in getting back to their old hobbies. Networking opportunities are a major credit due to student clubs that build a bond among themselves which leads to a better career. Students associations help in showcasing their balance between work and hobbies. Apart from these Student Clubs helps sharpens people skills, develop teamwork skills, opportunities to network enhances their Resume, establishes a support system for team activities, enjoy a break from work and studies, maintain stress levels, make a difference to society. Students were allowed to join the clubs according to their interests. Department of Information Technology possesses four different student clubs. CodeChef ITSIDDHARTHA which helps students to focus on the coding skills, Think “D” club where students are encouraged to work on Real-time projects with innovation, AIML club focuses on building knowledge on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning(AIML) among students, Samskruthi Club encourages students to participate in various literary and cultural activities in and outside of the college campus

CodeChef ITVRSEC Chapter aims to establish a coding culture in the Department, reaching every student passionate about coding. The Chapter’s motto is to Create-Execute-Innovate.This Chapter provides you a good platform to enrich your coding skills through the Coding Competitions which will be the paramount objective.These competitions not only focus on coding but also seek to nurture your logical, analytical, and problem-solvingabilities. Chapter members get beneficial by being habituated to the CodeChef platform thereby making the students ready to face various online coding events. Roles and Responsibilities:
This Chapter is managed by a group of 4 students and with able guidance from the Department Faculty. All the managing leads pledge to work with utmost commitment in shaping up the Competitive Programming in the Department

Outcomes:
CodeChef Chapter helps members gain in-depth knowledge of coding. This helps them immensely during placements and can also bring laurels to the institution through various national and international programming contests.

Think “D” Club would help to encourage and connect the students in innovative and creative activities apart from providing opportunities for hands on activities. The ability of thinking differently arise a stepping stone for innovations.
